Terms of Service — Oinride AI
Effective 9 October 2026. Between you and Oinride Oy (Finland) for the Oinride AI application at aiagent.oinride.com.
1. Agreement
Creating an account or using Oinride AI means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We record which version you accepted and when.
2. The service
Oinride AI is an AI assistant for the mining industry: it answers questions with citations from a mining-intelligence knowledge base (mines, prices, production and demand data, technical and exploration reports, safety regulations), live monitored news, and documents you upload.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must verify your email address before signing in. Accounts are for use by the person who created them.
4. Plans and billing
A free tier exists; paid plans add capacity and features as described on the plans page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the paid period. If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to you.
Refunds: 14 days, for everyone. Anyone who buys a paid plan can withdraw within 14 days of a payment and get a full refund, without giving a reason. That includes an automatic annual renewal: you have 14 days from each renewal payment too. It applies to business and personal purchases, in every country.
To withdraw, email support@oinride.com within those 14 days and say that you are withdrawing. We refund you without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your message, to the payment method you used. It costs you nothing.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling renewal. Cancelling in the billing portal only stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for; on its own it does not refund you. If you want your money back, email us within the 14 days.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, withdrawing within 14 days is also your right by law. The policy above gives the same right to every customer.
5. Your content
Your questions, conversations, and uploaded documents remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: storing your content, indexing your documents so you can search them, sending your questions with relevant excerpts to our AI providers to generate your answers, and letting named staff review your conversations for the reasons and with the safeguards the Privacy Policy describes. We never train AI models on your content. Upload only material you have the right to use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Oinride AI to break the law, probe or disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits or access controls, scrape at scale, resell access, or attempt to extract other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. AI answers
Answers are generated by AI from the sources cited. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are information, not professional, legal, financial, or safety-compliance advice — verify anything you act on, and check cited sources. Mining data comes from public sources (geological surveys, regulators, OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, company filings) with their own licences and accuracy limits.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, and factors beyond our control can interrupt it.
9. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; this permanently erases your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms; where reasonable we warn first.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
12. Changes
If we change these terms materially we update the version date and, where required, ask for acceptance again. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.
