Assistant connector

Use Oinride inside Claude and ChatGPT

Add Oinride to Claude or ChatGPT and ask mining questions without leaving your assistant. You connect it with your Oinride account, and your assistant can then ask Oinride for answers and look things up in Oinride's data for you.

What your assistant can do

It can only look things up. It cannot change your chats, documents or settings. It does use credits, as set out below.

Which Oinride plans include it

The pricing page shows which Oinride plans include it. These are Oinride's own plans, separate from your Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Each lookup and each answer uses credits from your Oinride plan, the same credits the chat uses. An answer is charged for the work it actually took, as it is in the chat.

Upgrading partway through connecting? Go back to your assistant afterwards and connect again.

The address to add

Your assistant asks for this address when you add Oinride to it.

https://aiagent.oinride.com/mcp

Add it to Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the address above.
  3. If Claude asks how it should identify itself, choose Register automatically.
  4. Click Add, then Connect.
  5. Sign in to your Oinride account and click Allow.

Anthropic says custom connectors work on Claude's Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans. Free is limited to one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it for the whole organisation.

Add it to ChatGPT

ChatGPT needs developer mode to add Oinride. OpenAI's documentation places developer mode on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces, where an admin turns it on. Once it is on:

  1. Create an app and paste the address above.
  2. Choose OAuth as the way the app signs in.
  3. Sign in to your Oinride account and click Allow.

Disconnect at any time

In Oinride, choose Edit Profile from your account menu, then click Disconnect next to the assistant under Connected assistants.

What an assistant sends to Oinride, and what we keep, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
